This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in Diamond Nest jewelry that are confirmed through our review. If a covered defect is confirmed, we will explain the available next steps for that item.
What is not covered
- Normal wear, including scratches, dents, finish changes, and routine maintenance.
- Accidental damage, loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse.
- Alterations, resizing, repair, or service performed by anyone other than Diamond Nest.
- Issues that are not manufacturing defects or that cannot be assessed from the item and order details.
